This should respect prop permissions. Otherwise someone can set everyone's blood weird.
I did this with my phone and completely forgot about it.

Adds E2 functions (and constants) to interact with entity blood color. Yes, this won't work on props for the most part, but it's part of the entity metatable so i did it for all entities.
