@guiserrato Looks like this issue was fixed in #230 and phonegap/phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner#1 (which is a replacement for the first one) Could you please check if hang still occurs with those PRs? |

This fixes issue #148 which causes Windows 8 to hang when clicking cancel.
