EE6225 Process Control
Model of Motor Network during Parkinson's Disease and Deep Brain Stimulation. The model simulates LFP, EMG and associated force signals from the motor system. A multivariable adaptive control strategy is implemented in the model to control two biomarkers of Parkinsonian tremor and motor impairment symptoms.
Objective of project was to recreate a simulation from a published article and use the recreated simulation to obtain additional insights. Showcases proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink. It is developed the problem of control a multivariable four tank system around an equilibrium point, including robustness issues and decoupling approaches.
