With wasmtime = 39.0.1 pinned while bumping wasmtime-wasi = 40.0.2, Cargo resolves two different wasmtime crates. wasmtime-wasi 40 uses wasmtime 40 types, but the runtime code passes wasmtime::Linker/Store from 39 into wasmtime_wasi::p1::add_to_linker_sync (see crates/runtime/src/runtime.rs around the linker setup), which will not type-check across crate versions. This should be updated to keep both crates on the same version to avoid a compile-time failure in the runtime crate.
