Fixes #29.

  • Bump required Swift tools to 6.2
  • Bump iOS and macOS dependencies
  • Above bullet allows removing OS availability checks (older OSes caused some CloudKit warnings)
  • Move from XCTest to Swift Testing
  • Make sure everything remains warning free
