This PR updates the GitHub Actions release workflow by removing the step that unsets the executable bit on the .husky/commit-msg hook.
- Deletes the
chmod -x .husky/commit-msgcommand - Leaves only the
chmod -x .husky/pre-commitcommand in the “Fix executable files for changesets” step
