feat(ci-cd): add trivy scan instead of synk

Description

The main focus is to enhance security scanning practices by integrating Trivy into the CI workflow.

Security scanning improvements:

• Added a new GitHub Actions workflow (.github/workflows/trivy.yaml) to run Trivy vulnerability scans on every pull request to the master branch, using a self-hosted runner and a custom configuration file.
• Introduced a trivy.yml configuration file to customize Trivy's scan output, severity thresholds, skipped files, and security checks, including vulnerability, secret, and license scanning.

Documentation update:

• Removed the Snyk security badge and related link from the README.md, reflecting the shift from Snyk to Trivy for vulnerability monitoring.
