Updated Python version from 3.10 to 3.9 and removed flake8 linting step.
- Added error handling for out-of-range sweeps in analyze_subthres function. - Commented out the save figure line to prevent unnecessary file generation. - Updated the analysis GUI to correctly pass the file path to the analyze_subthres function. - Enhanced the condition to run legacy analysis for specific modules in the GUI.
