VEDA homepage changes

This PR is work in progress. It is created to discuss further changes required for the homepage. The example image at the bottom will be updated as we progress implementing required changes.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Update jumbo banner content (first section on homepage). "Explore VEDA" button opens project overview page.
• Use VEDA svg logo
• Removed "Our programs" section
• Change title of section to "How to use VEDA?"

To do (actions)

• Further discus homepage sections (see image for reference)
  • Latest news: automatically generated section based on latest 3 news items. Example of randomly generated news items is provided in the image below.
  • Our programs: REMOVED
  • How to use VEDA?: Content to be delivered. The button "Contact us" links to KIN contact form. We need to further discuss functionality of "Create an account" button. Currently everyone can login using LinkedIn account.
  • About us: Content to be delivered. The button About us links to KIN web page. The button FAQ links to KIN web page.
• Add new section Research Domains. This section will be added later (as last section of the homepage)

How to test:

• make start to build app and generate test data
• confirm changes on home page (content)
• confirm functioning of buttons on the homepage
• confirm there is no reference to RSD in login modal
