Proposes enabling auto-mergers, so PRs can be merged with /merge as they can in most other RAPIDS repos.

benefits:

  • standardizes commit message + merging behavior (squashing)
  • reduces the "oh wait I forgot this repo doesn't support /merge" friction (useful for folks like me who touch like every RAPIDS repo every week 😅)
