This PR addresses two of the three action items from #259:
zarr-eosdis-storePython package.The documentation looked like it built successfully, minus the removed content in the Cloud Optimized Examples section. I've also removed the notebooks from the
_import/assets.jsonfile, as they were originally imported from an external repository.
