Integrate Cmocka testing framework and fix mlibc-hosted build

  1. Cmocka Integration: The Cmocka testing framework has been integrated to provide a lightweight testing environment for mlibc.
  2. mlibc-hosted Build Fix: The mlibc-hosted target in mlibc-config.lua has been updated to ensure it builds correctly.
