This draft PR is allowing multiple radix trie configuration: 2, 4, 16, 256.
(basically those that allows a nibble to fit in one bit and keep alignment in it).
This is mainly experimental, for benchmarking purpose, and currently lacks a bit of testing.
Switch of radix is done by defining the right associated radix constant in nibbleops associated trait of trie layout.
Note that trie-root crate (or parity-common triehash) is not updated at this point, tests can be conducted with iter_build.rs StorageRoot builder (please make sure that input is sorted (despite comment, it is not needed anymore in trie-root)).
