This PR introduces the feature for unit and integration tests to run whenever a PR is opened against the development or testing branches of plugin-GUI.
Unit tests run using the GoogleTest framework on a Linux/Ubuntu build of the GUI to test core GUI classes and functions.
Integration tests run using open-ephys-python-tools and open-ephys-test-suite on a Windows build to test GUI configuration and recording.
