In order to support compilation with more recent Android NDKs, I updated to the 1.20.1 release. Unfortunately, it no longer compiles with NDK 15.
For now, I'm opening this PR just so it's visible. Eventually, if we're ever ready to drop NDK 15 support, this will hopefully make things easier.
