Used tools for medical imaging analysis and radiomics for MSc dissertation entitled "Prostate Cancer Biochemical Recurrence Prediction using bpMRI Radiomics, Clinical and Histopathological Data", by Mónica L. Mendonça M. S., developed under supervision of Prof. Nickolas Papanikolaou, Group Leader of Computational Clinical Imaging Group (CCIG), Champalimaud Research, Champalimaud Foundation, Lisbon, and of Prof. Nuno Matela, Assistant Professor at Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, under collaboration of CCIGroup with Champalimaud Clinical Centre, Champalimaud Foundation, Lisbon, Portugal, namely with the Urology Unit (directed by Dr. Jorge Fonseca), and with the Clinical Service of Radiology (directed by Prof. Celso Matos) and Clinical Service of Histopathology (directed by Prof. Dr. António Beltran).
Scripts were written in Python for the image processing and radiomics, and in R for model development and assessment.
