Update terminology: partial authentication → group-based access control

Updated the CLI installation documentation to replace outdated "partial authentication" terminology with "group-based access control" to align with recent backend changes that removed the partial auth concept.

Files changed:

• installation.mdx - Updated two instances where "partial authentication" was mentioned in the context of the --groups flag for both mint dev and mint validate commands
