  • MRange, Singular and EList now inherit from the a common ParameterValues class
    • Testing ensures that they provide min and max properties
  • Some idiosyncrasies in parameters_to_scan related to 'singular' MRange / unbounded Singular objects are addressed
  • Tests are added to exercise range functionality more thoroughly
