Remove lib comparison

I do not believe this gives a good/honest overview of the 3d space in React Native. We could think about improving this section but it might just be easier to remove it.

RN WebGPU is a lower-level cross platform GPU API so the positioning with RN Filament is clear.
But now we run threejs/three-fiber out of the box (model loading, leveraging existing ecosystem, etc) and we also support worklet thread and non mobile platforms (macOS, vision pro). So the comparison stuff is a rabbit hole that might not be helpful to do.

@wcandillon I'm interested in understanding why you feel the bullet points don't provide a fair/accurate overview. From my perspective, the first two points seem reasonable, though I may not be fully up to date on this matter.

As someone who recently started using this lib, I find value in seeing key differences compared to similar stuff, and I'd prefer to see this comparison updated rather than removed.

I think when we wrote this WebGPU was not around, so this def should be updated by our side to provide a fair overview of the libs available!
