Enabled concurrent mulitple LM of containers

This PR introduces two new APIs to support reliable socket duplication and readiness detection for live migration scenarios:

1.CreateDuplicateSocket

• Creates a duplicate socket using the provided connection information.
• Caches the socket for later use by the shim.
• This ensures that the socket is available and properly initialized before usage.

2.WaitForChannelReady

• Waits until the duplicate socket is fully established and ready.
• Called from the startdestlm flow.
• Blocks execution until the shim-side socket is created, ensuring synchronization between source and destination during live migration.
