Feature: binary request streaming

• Adds content param to post/put/patch/delete (sync/async) for raw/streamed bodies; introduces BinaryTypes/AsyncBinaryTypes
• Validates conflicts (content vs json_data/files) and deprecates passing raw bytes in body (emits warnings)
• Extends FinalRequestOptions and request builder to carry/use content; adjusts debug logging to exclude content on Pydantic v1
• Tests for binary uploads (bytes, iterators/async iterators) added
