This PR refreshes zip dependencies; the most notable change is upgrading
zipfrom2.6.1to6.0.0, which introduces a modernized set of compression backends, and allows upgradingzip-extensionsfrom0.8to0.13. This allows calling thecreate_from_directorymethod on a mutableZipWriter.
