Additionally made `!inf` to invoke the help command if no sub cmds are passed.

sorry for the delay this got burried in my notifications. using the timestamps would be nice, but i don't see any point in gearbot auto-joining all threads to be honest, for getting message events it makes no difference at all if the bot is in the thread or not |

Hi, yeah the auto-thread joining shouldnt have been there, since it was for my personal testing. Have reverted the same. |
