Build projects using MoonBit language. There is already an SDK firefly-moon by amazing @applejag. This PR will simplify builds.
firefly_cli newis not implemented yet, I need first to have a look at the project structure and package management in Moon.wasm-opt for Moon fails, I'm yet to figure out if I can fix it:
