After rebasing onto upstream/master, several duplicate method and function declarations appeared due to platform-specific split files. This commit: - Removes duplicate methods from shared files (router.go, node.go) - Adds determineCurrentNetworkStatus to libp2p_js.go - Fixes hive.New call to include swarmAddress parameter - Wraps IsSynced check in chainEnabled condition for ultra-light mode - Cleans up unused imports in node.go Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
