Description
Adds DIA oracle to the list of oracles available to the Optimism ecosystem.
Tests
No tests added. This is a documentation-only change adding a new oracle provider entry.
Additional context
Note: the info box at the top of the page references #inclusion-criteria, but that section was removed in a prior commit. This predates our change but may be worth addressing.
