Rebrand Arc Network to Arc following Archie Chain deprecation

Summary

Rebranding Arc Network Testnet (Chain ID 5042002) to use the "Arc" branding now that Archie Chain (Chain IDs 1243, 1244) has been deprecated.

Background

• Arc Network Testnet was initially added as "Arc Network" to avoid conflicts with the existing "ARC Testnet" (Archie Chain, Chain ID 1244)
• Archie Chain has since been deprecated (PR #7869) due to complete infrastructure abandonment
• This PR updates Arc Network Testnet to use the cleaner "Arc" branding

Changes

Chain Configuration (eip155-5042002.json)

• Name: "Arc Network Testnet" → "Arc Testnet"
• Chain: "Arc Network" → "ARC"
• Icon: "arcnetwork" → "arc"

Validation

• ✅ Schema check passed
• ✅ Formatted with Prettier
• ✅ Chain ID (5042002) unchanged
• ✅ No breaking changes to functionality

Hi @FrederikBolding Fixed! Removed the icon field from deprecated Archie Chain entries and changed their chain identifier from "ARC" to "Archie" so Arc Network can fully own the "ARC" chain identifier for both testnet and future mainnet.
