- Added the possibility to keep the configuration-wide logging system.
- More detailed categories for logging.
- Clean up unit tests and dependencies.
- Added README.rst to make PyPI happy.

I am sorry it seems to be that Twisted does not support Python 2.6. This is the reason why I ripped it off. |
