Ensure working directories exist before file operations

Files were being written to paths that didn't exist on disk. get_working_directory() returned a path string from env vars or task_lock.new_folder_path without guaranteeing the directory was created.

Changes

• app/utils/file_utils.py: get_working_directory() now creates the directory before returning it via new _ensure_directory_exists() helper
• All toolkit __init__ methods (9 toolkits): Added os.makedirs(working_directory, exist_ok=True) before passing to base class — defense-in-depth for toolkits that resolve file_save_path independently of get_working_directory()
  • file_write_toolkit, excel_toolkit, pptx_toolkit, screenshot_toolkit, video_download_toolkit, video_analysis_toolkit, audio_analysis_toolkit, pyautogui_toolkit, terminal_toolkit
• Tests: 7 unit tests covering directory creation guarantees

# Before: returned path without ensuring it exists
def get_working_directory(options, task_lock=None):
    ...
    return str(task_lock.new_folder_path)

# After: directory is guaranteed to exist
def get_working_directory(options, task_lock=None):
    ...
    return _ensure_directory_exists(directory)
