Sounds like a useful addition and your help is very much appreciated. we have to check if your PR would still work in the VerneMQ packaging pipeline. If it does we can merge it, @larshesel, any comments? |

I think this looks like a nice addition as well. We have to build packages (rpms and debs) and check that this hasn't broken anything (though I doubt it will). |

Hi,
This add support to use rebar3 profiles. If rebar_profile is not set, the 'default' profile is used. A usual use case is when we have production profile with specific flags.
