Description

Rescheduling the e2e-matrix workflow to 4:45 UTC
Rename workflow to E2E Matrix Tests (nested clusters)
Fix name for artefacts in step Upload resources from failed tests

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

What is the expected result?

Checklist
