This PR fixes the discrepancy of
discovery_namespacefor Gnosis chain keypers.The keyper deployed via shutter-keyper-deployment had a different
discovery_namespacethan the ones deployed on dappnode.The impact of this would be better connectivity between both types of keypers.
This also bumps up rolling shutter version to v1.3.6. It includes:
