Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown is usually used to move between tabs, current code moves the document one page up/down while browser switching the current tab to prev/next tab.

Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown is usually used to move between tabs.
With current code pressing Ctrl+PgDown moves the document one down while browser switches to next tab (Use will see the next tab, but the document in previous tab is scrolled down one page!)
