Added support for slow encoding and also for including symbols in the password using base85 encoding instead of base64.
switched to use domain rather than password for bcrypt salt.

Not really sure what I'm doing here, just trying to figure out best practices for line endings.

These files are unused.
Moved files from generic "scripts" folder to more descriptive folder, also switched from home-brew progress meter to jquery-ui progress meter, which works in IE8.

It is important to hide our secret key form friends sneaking into our screens. It should be of `type="password"` as it's a "secret". This is much needed for Secure Passwords users.
