I encountered this bug when trying to launch nano in some ssh sessions. The proposed fix solved the problem. Please merge. |

Since the modification is pretty simple, and there is someone else having the same issue, why don't we merge it please ? (I will use this project as a dependency in another project) Regards |

If we open 'vi' on an existing file (with more than 5 lines) and we push on "Pg Dn" then "Pg Up" we got an exception about a non-existing element.
These modifications create an element if it does not exists.
