- Fixed a few PHP errors and made the code work again.
- Subcategories are accessable in analyze::retrieve_data.
- Changed some method access restrictions to private in order to avoid confusion
- Changed analyze::all_parents to analyze::analyze_all_parents
- Changed analyze::analyze_all_parents. removed 2nd argument as it was unnecessary
