This PR ads a framework for instantiating UI modules with mock resources and exercising key public methods.

  • Discovers UI modules
  • Instantiates them
  • Calls UI methods (keys + activate + update)
  • Add some smoke and unit pytests

TODO:

  • Figure out what to do with missing star catalog data. This is not part of the repo, but expected for any charting module
  • Make sure DB catalog is loaded correctly
