This is a fix for issues #120 and #122. I've chosen to replace the parsing of the TCON field by taglib#'s current implementation which can be found here: https://github.com/mono/taglib-sharp/blob/main/src/TaglibSharp/Id3v2/Frames/TextIdentificationFrame.cs#L882
