I think the error selector index page and its link to the error codes and explanation is a great addition. I think the generator in the monorepo will for sure be helpful and simlpy copying and pasting it over will be easy then. Thanks @EndymionJkb.
Let me know once you have added it to the monorepo, I can then copy and paste it over from there and (possibly) update this pr and close #262

As an alternative to #262, this is a clean generation from the monorepo of both the errors by package and file, and an index with signatures, supporting both the "where is this error defined" and "find an error from a code" use cases.
If it looks good, will add the generator to the monorepo. If that's run and there's a diff, the files can simply be copied directly to the docs.
