Welcome to the Andrey Li wiki!

Andrey was born in Buryatia in 1983. During his young years he studied computer science in different forms. Starting from wooden toys to family computer.

After finishing school with silver medal in 2000. He was accepted to Academy of State Services that he graduated in 2003.

In 2006 he had received PhD degree in Economics.

In 2010 he lived in Madrid where he studied International MBA.

In 2015 he started his own company.
