With this field you can add an issue tracker to your porjects settings.
This can be used to reference your bookings directly to an issue (see Bookings#ticket_no).
GitHub Issues example:
https://github.com/user/project/issues/
Or if the number of the ticket is in the middle of the URL you can use "%" as a placeholder:
https://your-support-tool.com/issues/%s/show
