Our selection techniques are broken up into five different metaphor categories:

Grasping: Which involves the user grasping and interacting with objects using their virtual hands.

Pointing: Which involves the user selecting and interaction objects beyond the area of the users reach simply by pointing at them.

Indirect: Which involves the user selecting or manipulating virtual objects without directly interacting with them.

Bimanual: Which involves the user using both hands to select or interact with virtual objects.

Hybrid: Which involves combing different selection and interaction techniques.
