Docs: v3.43.0 release notes + docs cleanup

This PR publishes v3.43.0 release notes and aligns user-facing docs with the v3.43.0 behavior changes.

Key changes:

• Add v3.43.0 release notes + image assets
• Remove deprecated Power Steering docs page and add redirect
• Update Intelligent Context Condensing docs (UI location, slash command preservation wording, remove stale retry-limit/model-override references)
• Update settings import docs (partial success with warnings)
• Remove legacy Fast Edits docs content and leave a forwarding page
• Clean up sidebar/nav entries
