I've added the models for:

  • singapore (v02)
  • thailand (v01)
  • madagascar (v02)
  • kenya-uganda (v01)
  • japan (v01)

@mihow remaining todos:

  • Add a command line flag to allow choosing which models are available per instance, so we can run these models just on one server and leave the others more free for the global model & others
  • Merge in main
  • Address tests that are failing
