These are U.N Owen Isaac but modified by PurpleSquert aka Rage17. I also included a sound bank that goes over Rayquaza (which means you'll need to set his sound ID in the Fighter Template to match Rayquaza's. Credits go to DestinyHiro who compiled the voices and Rage17 arranged it a little. (Note: if Isaac fights Toon Link, some of his empty sound files will merge to have Toon Link voices mixed with his, but it won't absolutely replace the voice clips, just add to it when he fights Toon Link). P.S: Don't forget to add the correct files to his folder to avoid freezing the game.
