Fix the issue in Beneficiary history on revisit

Due to recent test numbers, phone numbers were being stored with the +91 prefix. This caused issues in fetching the beneficiary history.
The issue has been fixed by removing the +91 prefix before saving the number to the database, enabling proper retrieval of beneficiary history details.
