Thoughts on how this compares to other possible storage locations?

My main thinking with this is that this is how Rust Analyzer does it, and it's probably the simplest method. With how VSC uses the settings, this can be set for the workspace/folder as well, which could be used to specify flags codebases want to use in the future if we don't create a config file of sorts. |
