feat: added footer

Description

Added a new Footer section to the BiLand website.
The footer contains links to popular tourist destinations related to the areas featured on the site (like Bodh Gaya, Nalanda, and Rajgir).
This makes the website more informative and engaging for visitors.

What changes have been made

• Added new <div> section for the footer in index.html.
• Styled the footer section using CSS.
• Included links to famous tourist places (Bodh Gaya, Nalanda, Rajgir, etc).
• Improved website layout by giving users quick access to tourism pages.
