I tried to do a PR on netboot near Google (danderson/netboot#84) to allow to run multiple pixiecore instances all able to check for valid nonces and I hope they will study why being able to provide an external key to pixiecore is not an option for serious deployments.
Another thing, I adapted the docker image build to a multistage one but using my netboot branch, I suggest you to fork netboot and add my fork as a remote to import my branch in your own repository.
