I just cherrypicked Lauren's work on commenting out in variable lists to comment out problematic variables for the time being which are appearing when running prepare_generate on request_cmip7_all.cfg.

If needed these can now be silenced using the variables file commenting (i have checked and it works) - but as just discussed in standup as Matt is updating this i won't comment out any for review.

Additional to the aim of the original issue (adding frequency to output), the stash codes should also now be showing.
